The Fortis guys were extremely professional they arriving on site early so that all works could be done in the allotted time. The access and equipment which had been chosen was exactly what was needed due to the height of the doors etc. We helped each other with the lifting / replacement of the units which had the extra headache from the handrail which was not taken down as per the sites requirements & the fact the flue system could not be taken away due to only having support at high level. If we are to do any lifting on future jobs then i would suggest we definitely get a quote from Fortis.
