Our luffing jib tower crane service allows you to hire a suitable crane for a period of time.

Our responsibilities
As part of our luffing jib tower crane for hire service, we remain responsible for ensuring that all our cranes have been properly maintained, tested and certificated. We provide crane operators for all our cranes.
Your responsibilities
As part of the rental process, you would be fully responsible for supervising the work undertaken and would have full liability for the lift. It is therefore essential that you have a suitably qualified Appointed Person with the appropriate training, knowledge and skill set.
You will also be required to:
- Carry out all work in accordance with B.S. 7121 and LOLER 1998
- Ensure that the crane hired is of a suitable type and capacity.
- Provide insurance for loss of, or damage to, our plant whilst on site and the goods being lifted.
- Provide insurance for public liability, injury to the operator, and injury to other parties, including their property, arising from the crane operations.
- Provide qualified and competent Slinger/Signallers as required.
- Plan the lift and operate a safe system of work.
- Provide all Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
